I had a lovely stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious, beautifully appointed, and had plenty of wardrobe space. However, there was an issue with the mobile and data signal, which couldn't be fixed despite changing rooms. The service was professional and friendly, always offering helpful suggestions and assistance. The location was excellent, right in the city center and within walking distance of many attractions. The dining experience was good, but not exceptional. Overall, a great choice for a visit to Florence.

Staying at the hotel was a delightful experience overall. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and uniquely designed, accompanied by a fantastic terrace with a view of the Duomo and all of Florence. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the cocktails at the hotel bar were exceptional. However, the room lacked a strong AC unit, which could be improved to enhance guests' comfort.
